In 2000, Redwood Catering's Chef was the original founder of J&V Catering in San Francisco, California. Our Chef was a partner at J&V. After parting ways with J&V, the "V" portion, "The Chef," chose to expand to the rest of the SF Bay Area, leading to the establishment of Redwood Catering in 2005 in Redwood City, California. Our Chef is well-known in San Francisco and the entire Bay Area and is recognized by many law firms and companies for his delicious food and outstanding customer service.
